2. Padraic Deighan resides in Nevada and is an attorney admitted to practice law in New Jersey. Above all else, he lacks a valid license to practice law in the state of Florida.

3. Non-legal professional William Howell, Jr. has extensive knowledge of the third-party timeshare exit/divestment industry. He possesses extensive experience in the fields of marketing and advertising as a whole.

4. Howell incorporated Timeshare Lawyers, Inc. in Florida on October 13, 2015, designating Deighan as the respondent appointing him as vice president and president, and designating himself as secretary/treasurer.

5. Respondent, Howell, and Deighan each reported being an equal one-third owner of Timeshare Lawyers, Inc. in January 2016.

6. The respondent was the sole attorney employed by Timeshare Lawyers, Inc. who was duly licensed to practice law in Florida.

7. The respondent confirmed that he and Deighan held the position of partners at Timeshare Lawyers, Inc.

8. The primary objective of Timeshare Lawyers, Inc. was to negotiate on behalf of clients with resorts to rectify timeshare contracts and assist clients in terminating timeshare maintenance fees.

9. Historically, Timeshare Lawyers, Inc. was a law firm.

10. The respondent managed client cases as a member and co-owner of Timeshare Lawyers, Inc. in 2016. Additionally, he represented clients in negotiations with resorts to extricate them from timeshare contracts and eliminate timeshare maintenance fees.

11. The respondent was paid $60,000.00 in salary, $70,000.00 in dividends, and $60,000.00 in legal fees by Timeshare Lawyers, Inc. in 2016.

12. Howell served as the “marketer” for Timeshare Lawyers, Inc.

13. Howell was the proprietor of Orlando Ventures, LLC in 2016.

14. Orlando Ventures, LLC and Timeshare Lawyers, Inc. shared adjoining suites.

15. Howell recommended Timeshare Lawyers, Inc. to clients via Orlando Ventures, LLC.

16. A little over one thousand clients were presented by Howell to Timeshare Lawyers, Inc. in 2016.

17. “Transfer companies” were the contacts that brought Howell clients.
