Paul Solinsky and PGSellers Scam Allegations Fact-checked (2024)
Paul Solinsky, a UK citizen born in February 1993, is a director and beneficial owner of two UK companies: PGSELLERS LTD and Ecore Payments Ltd. His relative Maurice Solinsky, born in September 1996, is similarly identified as the beneficial owner of the latter. PGSELLERS formally maintains an online education platform for traders, even though Ecore Payments operates under the trade name Ecore Merchant Services (Ecore) and claims to be a partner of the Irish Elavon Merchant Services. PGSELLERS has been cited numerous times as an illegal money processor and scam facilitator.
The Ecore website appears to be a hoax and is not functioning properly. Numerous links result in 404 error messages and pages that are not there. Ecore states on its website that its banking partner would be the Irish Elavon Merchant Services (https://www.elavon.com). Elavon is overseen by the Central Bank of Ireland and handles over five billion transactions annually, with a total value of around $450 billion.
